Who we are
Korenda is a trading name of Voigon Ltd., UIC 205979008, VAT BG205979008, Dobri Voinikov 29, Varna, Bulgaria. Voigon Ltd. is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: georgi@korenda.com.
What we collect and why
- Business contact details for outreach. The business name, website, business email address and the name of a contact person where a business publishes one, taken from the business’s own website or public business directories. We use them to send a small number of emails about a tool that may be useful to that business. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our products to businesses (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Your replies. If you answer one of our emails, we keep the conversation to reply to you and to learn what businesses need. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Orders and pre-orders. Your name, email address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and keeping accounting records as Bulgarian law requires.
- Visits to our product pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Outreach details are deleted within 12 months of our last contact if we have no ongoing conversation or business with you. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who processes it for us
Zoho Corporation (email, EU data centre), Cloudflare (website hosting and visit counts) and Stripe (payments). Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to restrict how we use it. You can object at any time to being contacted, and we will stop at once: reply “unsubscribe” to any email or write to georgi@korenda.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
