We write to a small number of businesses whose public contact details suggest one of our tools might help. Each email says who we are and how to stop hearing from us.

We learn about a problem from the people who have it before we write any code.
You can pre-order
Some tools open for pre-orders with a fixed launch date, so we only build what people actually want.
Built, or refunded
If we decide not to build a tool, every pre-order is refunded in full.
